A.I. Research in Corporate Insolvency
AkinBC commences multi-stakeholder research into the use of artificial intelligence within corporate insolvency proceedings using a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
AkinBC, with support from the UK Government's Insolvency Service, commenced multi-stakeholder research to explore whether Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) could support the delivery of key tasks in corporate insolvency proceedings with optimal outcomes in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. The project adopts a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods and has engaged subject matter experts and insolvency stakeholders from over 20 jurisdictions around the globe.
The quantitative design experiment within this research will involve collaboration with machine/deep learning experts to better understand the underlying technology requirements and implications of deploying AI in this context.
This research highlights our commitment to being an evidence-based and solution-orientated organisation, as well as our strong reputation among decicion-makers.
